Data Hardware Depot offers our End User customers an Advanced Replacement Warranty on all used, refurbished and new surplus hardware. DHD Guarantees every piece of network hardware sold and offers our warranty at no extra charge to our customers.- Technician Quality Check List
- DHD product is verified to be completely free of major cosmetic defects.
- DHD verifies that all core components and auxiliary hardware is included.
- DHD then determines that if the product has met the strict guidelines to be placed on the shelf for resale.
DHD wants our customers to be confident that they are purchasing quality product that has met strict requirements.
Advanced Replacement Warranty
DHD Guarantees that if any product is found to be faulty or in unsatisfactory condition- DHD will provide an advanced replacement. If a unit is showing errors, DHD Tech Staff will help to trouble shoot the error the same day. If the problem cannot be fixed remotely, an advanced replacement unit will be shipped to the customer. DHD has a true replacement policy that guarantees our customer a replacement without hassle.- Terms and Conditions: Advanced Replacement Warranty
- If product is returned more than 30 days from date of invoice or if there are missing parts, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
- DHD reserves the right to trouble shoot the issue the customer is experiencing- if a DHD Tech cannot diagnose a solution in a timely manner - the customer will be issued an RMA and an Advanced Replacement.
- All replacement products will be invoiced to customer. Credits will be issued to customer when RMA’d product has been received by Data Hardware Depot.
- Returned products are to be shipped using the RMA # as the “Attention To”.
- Product damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. DHD reserves the right to refuse shipment or deny credit for products damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
Terms and Conditions- Return of Working Hardware:
- All product(s) that are returned as “Working Hardware” carry a 20% Restock Fee, plus additional shipping charges.
- Credits will be issued to customer when RMA’d product has been received by Data Hardware Depot.
- Returned products are to be shipped using the RMA # as the “Attention To”.
- Product damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. DHD reserves the right to refuse shipment or deny credit for products damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
- “Working Hardware” must be returned in the original condition in which it was shipped, including original packaging and labels. If product is not returned in original condition, DHD will refuse credit for the product and product will be returned to customer.
- RMA product must be received by DHD within 14 days of the RMA issued date. If DHD does not receive RMA’d equipment within 14 days of issue date the RMA is not valid and customer is responsible for paying the original invoice in full.
